Patient Feedback, Complaints & Comments
These are some of the comments we have received from patients in the last few weeks:
- Patient and partner said the service here has been really good and they have been really impressed. Only signed up last week and things have been excellent.
- I would like to thank you for the very quick and efficient care I received when I had my appointment regarding chest pains. I cannot thank you enough for putting my mind at ease.
- Patient wanted to say thank you to the receptionist who was extremely helpful when she phoned for an appointment.
- Patient called in saying a big thank you to Dr Whatling, she missed 2 calls from UCT but Dr Whatling sorted everything out and left a voicemail explaining everything. She was very impressed.
Let the practice know your views.
We may not always get it right all the time, so we appreciate feedback both good and not so good. This allows us to give positive feedback to staff where appropriate and to look at areas that we need to improve.
You can give us feedback by talking to any member of staff, completing the 'Comments Form' section on our Complaints & Comments practice leaflet below, speaking or writing to the practice manager or by leaving a review on the NHS choices website.

Feedback from our latest student nurse who came on a placement at Litchdon.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my placement at Litchdon Medical Centre. Everyone in the team here has been so welcoming and friendly and have been open to helping me learn which I have really appreciated. I have been able to learn a lot from the wide range of areas and specialities here which I will be able to take with me to further placements areas. I feel as if this placement has really helped me to build and gain confidence in myself and allowed me to use both new and previously learnt knowledge and apply this in future practice. All members of the team here provided excellent care for patients and this has greatly contributed towards my positive view of primary care.
