The Barnstaple Alliance Primary Care Network (PCN) are recruiting a new and innovative Digital and Transformation Project Manager who will work closely with the PCN Management Team to support the transformation and the sustainability of general practice and the care services the PCN provide by developing digital solutions and capacity whilst improving accessibility.

Hours: 18-25 hours spread over the week to meet the needs of the PCN to be agreed with the successful applicant

Salary: £31,000 - £37,037 FTE depending on experience and qualifications
