The Barnstaple Alliance Primary Care Network (PCN) are recruiting a new and innovative Digital and Transformation Project Manager who will work closely with the PCN Management Team to support the transformation and the sustainability of general practice and the care services the PCN provide by developing digital solutions and capacity whilst improving accessibility.

The role aims to support transformation and digital initiatives of the Barnstaple Alliance PCN to continue to support good access for patient care and the overall sustainability of general practice and PCN wide services.  The position will play a pivotal role in helping to identify and tackle health inequalities and improve the quality of care and care outcomes for the most vulnerable of the patient population.  

Hours: 25 hours spread over the week to meet the needs of the PCN to be agreed with the successful applicant.

Salary: £30,784 - £37,037 FTE depending on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for a new staff member to join the Nursing Administration Team within our busy workforce at Litchdon Medical Centre.  The successful applicant will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as being adaptable to manage a busy workload.

This is a permanent part-time role working 19 hours per week with a working pattern:-

Monday 8.15am - 2.15pm

Tuesday 1.30pm - 6.30pm

Thursday 8.15am - 5.15pm

The role requires very occasional overtime or adjustment to complete the service we provide during times of other staff absences or additional clinics.

Starting pay £12.21 per hour, increasing to £12.31 on completion of successful probation period.
