Comments and Feedback from patients

These are some of the comments we have received from patients in the last few weeks -

"Having attended Litchdon Medical Centre for 7 years plus I have nothing but the highest opinion of their staff and medical services. Friendly, courteous, highly professional care at all times. You are in the safest hands if you are a patient at Litchdon."

"Thanks to everyone at Litchdon for their excellent service. I saw a Dr last week, I felt very listened to and respected as a patient. Also want to say thanks to the reception too for helping me. I was in a low, very bad place and feel 100% better now."

"I am very grateful for the wonderful help I have had from the surgery. Everyone who works here is always pleasant and so helpful and I want everyone to know how much I appreciate everything they have done for me."

“The receptionists are friendly and prompt in answering the phone, the Same Day Team are always excellent at returning calls and giving advice"

"I commend every member of staff whom I have met at Litchdon.  Excellent service.  I also like the new concept of one person to speak to for making an appointment with the nurses"

I am a new patient to the surgery and have been really impressed with the service here since registering especially Dispensary and also the ease of making appointments and dealing with reception".

"The hand dryer in the mens toilet feels to hot" - we have now replaced our hand dryers to ensure we use more up to date and environmentally friendly ones.

"The pages on the TV information board in the waiting room moves too quickly and the writing is quite small on some things" - We have slowed down the screen as much as we can and made the writing as large as possible - we hope this helps.

We may not always get it right all the time, so we appreciate feedback both good and not so good.  This allows us  to give positive feedback to staff where appropriate and to look at areas that we need to improve.  You can give us feedback by talking to any member of staff, completing a feedback form in the practice, speaking or writing to the practice manager or by going to to leave a review on NHS choices.
